CAyin CS-100DAC är en digital referenskälla i Cayins sortiment. Den har två ESS ES9038Pro DAC-kretsar och kan avkoda upp till DSD512 och 32 bitar/768 kHz. Användaren kan välja mellan 7 PCM digitala filter och 4 DSD digitala filter för att finjustera ljudsignaturen för olika musikgenrer eller till och med specifika musikfiler.
CS-100DAC kommer med sex digitala ingångar inklusive en I2S-port med HDMI-kontakt. Användaren kan ansluta CS-100DAC till kompatibel I2S-färdig digital transport som Cayin iDAP-6 med en standard HDMI-kabel. Cayin har också införlivat en äkta förförstärkare av audiofil kvalitet i CS-100DAC, användaren kan skapa ett enkelt ljudsystem genom att ansluta förförstärkarutgången på CS-100DAC till aktiva högtalare eller effektförstärkare som Cayin 9084DMK2 direkt.
