Kuzma CAR-20 finns i två versioner, hög och lågnivå; 2 respektive 0.3 mV output. Högnivåversionen kopplas direkt till ett MM-Phono (47KHz), medan lågnivå behöver en MC-ingång med högre impedans än 100 Ohm. Pickuperna har samma specifikationer förutom med avseende på den interna impedansen och att Högnivå har ett uns sämre spårningsförmåga vid 2grms nåltryck.

Kuzma CAR cartridges are made to Kuzma's specifications by a Japanese company with over 50 years experience in this field. The same approach,
with regard to design and manufacture, is used as in other Kuzma products. A combination of brass and aluminium gives rigid and inert support to the signal generator, allowing the diamond tip to extract musical information from the record grooves without distortion.
